- Proposed events must be on campus and open to the Yale community
- IPF can be used for items such as catering, event supplies, or room booking fees, etc.
- IPF cannot be used towards honorariums, airfare and accommodation reimbursements, alcohol, or purchasing capital items. OISS reserves the right to determine requested items' eligibility for IPF coverage

Disbursement of IPF Award
Please note that reimbursement is no longer an option. All applications must include one of the following payment methods to access the IPF award:
- During application, attach a document to detail the planned use of IPF. If your group's IPF application is successful, OISS will reach out to set up a short meeting during which we will purchase the items for your group with our purchasing card. This means that the purchasing list must consist of items payable online by credit card (please refer to the application form for details).
- Alternatively, if your group has a Yale-registered Chart of Accounts (COA), the IPF award will be transferred directly from OISS' COA to your group's designated COA after verification.
