Disbursement of IPF Award

Please note that cash reimbursement is no longer an option. All applications must include one of the following payment methods to access the IPF award:

  • Registered groups under Yale College
    • All approved IPF awards will be transferred directly from OISS' COA to your group's designated COA after verification. Please see the application form for details.
  • Registered Graduate or Professional student organizations
    • Preferred: If your group has a Yale-registered Chart of Accounts (COA), the IPF award will be transferred directly from OISS' COA to your group's designated COA after verification.
    • Alternatively, if you are working with another organization that has a COA, then we will process the disbursement directly to that co-sponsor.

    • If there's no way to disperse via a COA, during the IPF application your group can attach a document to detail the planned use of IPF. If your group's IPF application is successful, OISS will reach out to set up a short meeting during which we will purchase the items for your group with our purchasing card. This means that the purchasing list must consist of items payable online by credit card (please refer to the application form for details).
