The International Center is OISS's home on Yale Campus. The address is 421 Temple Street.
Spring 2025 Hours
OISS will be open for picking up and dropping off documents, and travel or SSN letter signatures, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 to 5 pm.
OISS will be closed on Tuesdays and from 12 to 1 pm every day.
OISS Advisers will also be available for walk-in advising on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1 to 4 pm.
OISS will continue to offer virtual advising and virtual drop-in hours.
Office Closings
Our office is closed between 12 and 1pm every day.
Our office is closed on Tuesdays. However, our phones will remain on in case of emergency and our advisers will still be available over email and/or Zoom appointments.

Please note that the OISS office will not be open on official Yale holidays and recess days, in addition to other office closings*:

Parking
There are three visitor parking spaces immediately in front of the International Center. When visiting OISS you are welcome to park in one of these three spaces. Do not park in any of the other spaces in this lot as your car will be towed. If the International Center Visitor parking spaces are unavailable, there is metered parking on Temple Street.
