Fall/Winter 2025 Office Hours
OISS is open for picking up and dropping off documents, and travel or SSN letter signatures, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9AM to 12PM and 1 to 5PM.
OISS will be closed on Tuesdays and from 12 to 1PM every day.
OISS Advisers will also be available for walk-in advising on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 4PM.
OISS will continue to offer virtual advising and virtual drop-in hours.
Spring 2026 Office Hours
January 2 - 9
From January 2 through January 9, the OISS office will be closed but OISS staff will be working remotely.

January 12 - February 13
From January 12 through February 13 through OISS will be closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and from 12 to 1PM every day. OISS will be open for picking up and dropping off documents, and travel or SSN letter signatures, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9AM to 12PM and 1 to 5PM.

February 14 - May 18
From February 14 through the end of the spring semester, OISS will be closed on Tuesdays and from 12 to 1PM every day. OISS will be open for picking up and dropping off documents, and travel or SSN letter signatures, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9AM to 12PM and 1 to 5PM.
OISS Advisers will also be available for walk-in advising on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 4PM.

Office Closings
Our office is closed between 12 and 1PM every day.
Our office is closed on Tuesdays. However, our phones will remain on in case of emergency and our advisers will still be available over email and/or Zoom appointments.
Fall/Winter 2025
Please note that the OISS office will not be open on official Yale holidays and recess days, in addition to other office closings*:
- Monday, September 1
- Monday through Wednesday, November 24 to 26, the office will be closed but OISS staff will be working remotely
- Thursday and Friday, November 27 and 28
- Thursday through Tuesday, December 18 to 23, the office will be closed but OISS staff will be working remotely
- Wednesday, December 24 to Thursday, January 1, 2026

Parking
There are three visitor parking spaces immediately in front of the International Center. When visiting OISS you are welcome to park in one of these three spaces. Do not park in any of the other spaces in this lot as your car will be towed. If the International Center Visitor parking spaces are unavailable, there is metered parking on Temple Street.
