Sean is the Assistant Director for Technology at the Office of International Students and Scholars. He launched his first website in 1997 and has been working with computers ever since, with 17 years developing websites and Web applications for higher education. He is an active affiliate of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School, where he teaches Cyber Freedom & Security and leads the Yale Privacy Lab initiative. He is also a board member of MakeHaven, New Haven’s makerspace.
Sean holds an M.A.Ed. in Educational Technology and a B.A. in Interactive Digital Media from the University of Connecticut. Most people know him as the friendly neighborhood geek.
