Make an OPT Review Zoom Appointment
My Adviser Connect (MAC) hours function like virtual office hours. Your adviser has a set time each week during which they will be available on Zoom. You can check the calendar below to confirm which times they will be available for MAC hours. Advisers will update this calendar if they will not be able to attend their regular Mac hours for the week, so please confirm their availability before joining.
During your adviser’s MAC hours, complete this form to let them know why you are joining, and then click the Zoom link. Please note that this service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may experience a short wait before being admitted. If you join outside of the regular MAC hours, your adviser will not see you. These hours are designed for quick immigration or Yale-related questions and are not a replacement for scheduling an appointment with your OISS adviser for more in-depth advising.
