In-Person Office Hours will begin September 9
Your designated OISS adviser has a set time each week when they are available for their In-Person Office Hours at the OISS office, 421 Temple Street, for quick immigration questions. These hours are not a replacement for scheduling an appointment with your OISS adviser, which remains the best option for more in-depth advising.
Please note: In-Person Office Hours are only for students and scholars in that adviser's caseload. These are not general drop-in hours — advisers will only see the students or scholars assigned to them, so please only come in during your own adviser's scheduled time.

This schedule is subject to change. Advisers will update this calendar regularly if they're unable to hold their office hours that week, so please check availability before heading to the OISS office.
How to Attend
When you arrive to OISS, 421 Temple Street, during your adviser's office hours, let the front desk know you're there to see them. You will be asked to fill out a short form to note the reason for your visit. This service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may experience a short wait before being seen. If you arrive outside of your adviser's scheduled hours, they will not be available to meet with you.
In-Person Office Hours are designed for quick questions that can be answered in 5–10 minutes. For anything that needs more time or discussion, please schedule an appointment with your OISS adviser instead.
