Coming to the U.S. can be overwhelming in many ways, from speaking a different language, to different foods or weather, or immersing yourself in a new social environment. On top of navigating those changes, many of you will realize that U.S. Americans also talk about societal problems and identity in a very specific way.
We believe the best way to learn about social justice discourse is to engage with a multitidue of different resources, and expose yourself to various perspectives. Below, you will find on-campus centers and communities, reading suggestions, as well as virtual resources that offer many different ways of learning about U.S. discourse on topics such as race, gender, or immigration.
