Recent changes to how USCIS will conduct the H-1B lottery may impact Yale students seeking the employer sponsored visa status. OISS has invited attorney Mary Walsh of Iandoli Desai & Cronin P.C. to present an overview of the H-1B lottery cap, the new wage weighted H-1B lottery registration and selection process, lottery selection outcome predictions, and key deadlines that students will want to be aware of.
