This week we celebrate International Education Week, which is “is all about expanding horizons, making connections, and establishing mutual understanding between people in the United States and other countries.”
At OISS, we treat every week like it's International Education Week because we get to work with over 7,000 internationals on our campus each and every day!
As part of our celebration this year, we just received an Open Doors 75 Seal of Excellence, as Yale has been reporting to Open Doors since 1949. In 1949, Yale had just 241 international students. Today, we have 4,849! This goes to show's Yale commitment to our international student and scholar community, and we celebrate all of you for making this campus a more exciting place to be.
