As widely reported, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a new flight restriction effective 96 hours after the announcement at 3am on March 21st. Passengers traveling to the US on non U.S. carriers rom Amman, Cairo, Istanbul, Jidda, Riyadh Kuwait City, Casablanca, Doho, Dubai and Abu Dhabi will have to put laptops and tablets in checked luggage.
